Allen Ion Fixed Blade Broadhead Silver 3 Pack Review (2026)

Overview

The Allen Ion is a straightforward fixed-blade broadhead with a 1-inch cutting diameter at 100 grains — the smallest cutting diameter of any broadhead in this category, reflecting a fixed-blade design built for consistent, mechanically simple penetration rather than a wide wound channel. Allen describes the blades as triple-sharpened out of the package.

At $26.49, it sits between the Allen Therm-X and Allen Tomahawk on price, within Allen's own four-broadhead lineup here.
